Welcome to the Weekly Roundup! Here's what's been happening in the Atlassian ecosystem this week.

What's Been Happening

Where I've Been

Hi!! You may have noticed I've been gone. I haven't been publishing this newsletter, and for that, let me say I am so sorry. When you commit to offering something to people, you get them to rely on it. and stopping suddenly isn't fair to them. Regardless of the circumstances, I should've been more proactive with communication, but I let myself get overwhelmed with falling behind. If you want to understand more, check out my LinkedIn over the next couple days, but I want to assure you: We're back, and better than ever!

What's New

New things to note:

  • Extra weekly issue! Starting next week I'll be dropping two newsletters each week, in order to help with removing blockers from the first one getting out.
    • The first will be the traditional list of everything that happened last week and the upcoming events from the Roundup, and that should go out Monday evening Pacific, and Wednesday morning Pacific at the latest (have to wait for the cloud changelog to be posted).
    • The second will be my hot takes and analysis newsletter where I take the most impactful, important and intriguing announcements and break them down for you. This will come out on Thursday morning Pacific.
    • This works because I can separate information from analysis and have the extra few days to work out my thoughts.
  • Marketplace App Updates! Starting next week, I'll be including Marketplace app updates, so you can keep track of whether your favorite Atlassian Marketplace app has been updated.
  • SPONSORSHIPS! We're growing pretty rapidly, and so we're going to open sponsorship slots for the newsletters. There will be six slots weekly:
    • Two overall sponsorships per week (1 Roundup, 1 Hot Takes)
    • Five section sponsorships per week for the Roundup:
